Important message to our customers
BAS Rail & Electrical P/L has ceased to trade from end of May 2020. We want to advise our existing customers that the following arrangements have been made:
- Vacuum toilet business segment has now been taken over by Australian Rail Technology, 10 Brennan Close, Asquith NSW 2077, ph +61 2 8914 1002. ART will also handle all repair of electronic equipment, as well as XPT door motors.
- Sale of repair kits and other parts for brake systems will now be handled by Ryland Technical Services, email: dryland1@bigpond.com, phone: 0457 730 558
It has come to our attention that there are companies registered with names resembling BAS Rail & Electrical to try to gain an unfair advantage. This is unethical behaviour and illegal, but we have chosen not to take any legal actions. However, we want to make it clear that only the companies mentioned above have been authorized by BAS Rail & Electrical to take over our sales and service activities and, furthermore, these companies have received the required IP, equipment and our support.
Finally, we want to thank all of our existing and old customers for all business and support over the years.
